Tokara Wine Estate

At the centre of the Cape Winelands lies the Simonsberg mountain, a fynbos-rich mountain range, home to exceptional vineyards since the 17th century. On the southern slopes, with unrivalled views over False Bay to Table Mountain, you will find Tokara’s home vineyards and olive groves.On visiting the winery, you will be greeted with the scents of native fynbos gardens and beautiful sculptures by various South African artists. Tokara produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil and incredible red wines based on Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the cornerstone varieties of the estate and one that has been part of the winery since the first harvest in 2000.
