Time Anchor Distillery is Johannesburg’s first craft gin and rum distillery. On weekends with prior arrangements, you can visit the Time Anchor Distillery tasting room and learn about the distillation process while also trying out the range of unique craft rums and gins. These include the classic London Dry Gin, the amber-rose coloured “new world gin”, Livingstone – whose botanicals include dried orange peel, rooibos and rose geranium – and the vanilla rum flavoured in the bottle by Madagascan vanilla pods.
