Fly Over Nature

Fly via helicopter from the exclusive Lion Sands Private Game Reserve to the Blyde River Canyon in Mpumalanga. This must be the most spectacular view of the northern Drakensberg, which is host to some of South Africa’s most well-known geographical landmarks. The helicopter flies towards the Drakensberg, arriving at the Blyde River Canyon, with a close-up view of the Three Rondawels and the Blydepoort Dam. Rising out of the canyon, the helicopter passes over The Berlin falls, and Lisbon falls on the way to a secluded picnic spot next to the Pinnacle. Enjoy a delicious picnic with breath-taking views stretching out as far as the Kruger National Park in the east. After lunch, the helicopter flies past God’s Window, Wonder View, Panorama Falls, and over the town of Graskop before heading back.
